Vehicle Ordering is a software application that runs inside our website. It provides the Fleet Manager a tool that facilitates the “Internal Ordering” process. Drivers and Managers in the field, all over the country, can login to choose their replacement vehicle from a selector that will show vehicle specs and digital photos of the vehicle. Upfitting packages can be displayed for commercial truck fleets.
The online application is accessible from anywhere. It captures information for the employee, the turn in vehicle, the replacement vehicle, and all cost center billing codes.
The application was designed to eliminate the faxing, voice mails, and data entry burden for the Fleet Department. It’s an easy way to collect all of your ordering information before passing it along to the Leasing Company or ordering Dealer.
